Warranty
Warranty: 1 year since the ship arriving at the destination port.
1) During warranty, the machine parts(except wearing parts, like
needle, shuttle,shuttle bar, etc) can be replaced for free.
2) Under warranty, if computer broken, it can be replaced for free, but first need to send computer back for checking.
3) We provide additional consumable parts with machine delivery.

4) Offer life-time after service. Any time if machine has problem,
client can contact us with photos and small video to describe malfunction. We will help to
solve problem by online guide. If problem very serious, we can send technician to client's factory
for repairing as request. Client needs to
bear visa cost, round trip flight tickets, accommodation, and labor
cost USD100/day.
