This duvet making machine is a kind of multi needle lock stitch
quilting machine. Compared with single needle quilting machine,
because it works continuously, it doesn't need worker to put
wadding into quilt cover, then fix onto the frame. It is working
with rolls. Multi needles works together, sewing with different
design stitch. After quilting well, it needs to cut the suitable
size, then use overlock sewing machine to sew the edge of quilt.
The output is much higher than that of single needle quilting
machine. It is widely used for producing high-quality garments,

Functions:
1. Easy to draw new desig by mouse and it can connect usb disk to
copy new design.
2. Ringing notice and infrared system, which can make the operation
safer.

5. Saddling rack and roller are driven by servo equipment.

stitch can be set between 2mm-6 mm.
11. Advanced and practical up thread-break detection unit, the
machine is auto-stop when the thread is broken.

Warranty Details:
During the warranty period:
- Machine components (excluding consumables like needles, hooks,
loopers, etc.) are eligible for free replacement.
- Computers can be returned for repair. If a computer malfunctions
within the warranty period, it can be replaced at no cost after
assessment upon return.
- Consumable parts are not covered by the warranty. Additional
consumables are provided with the machine for approximately one
year (please refer to the packing list).
Lifetime Customer Support:
- We provide lifetime customer support. Should any issues arise with
the machine, customers can report the problem with accompanying
photos and brief videos. We will assist in troubleshooting through
online guidance.
- For more serious issues, upon request, a technician can be
dispatched to the customer's location. Customers are responsible
for covering visa fees, round-trip airfare, accommodation, as well
as a daily labor cost of USD 150 for the technician.
