Blanket Making Machine
This quilt making machine is a kind of multi needle lock stitch
quilting machine. Compared with single needle quilting machine,
because it works continuously, it doesn't need worker to put
wadding into quilt cover, then fix onto the frame. It is working
with rolls. Multi needles works together, sewing with different
design stitch. After quilting well, it needs to cut the suitable
size, then use overlock sewing machine to sew the edge of quilt.
The output is much higher than that of single needle quilting
machine. It is widely used for producing high-quality garments,
quilt covers,blanket, gloves,sleeping bags, bed spreads,seat
covers, and households.
Functions:
1. Easy to draw new desig by mouse and it can connect usb disk to
copy new design.
2. Ringing notice and infrared system, which can make the operation
safer.
4. Principal axis uses the frequency conversion device.
5. Saddling racks and rollers are driven by servo equipment.
6. Adopt the advanced computer and mechanical manufacturing process

7. Multi-span independent pattern (360°and 180° patterns are

9. Needle bar and press plate are connected by cam-free
double-swinging device. This structure is high precision and
durable. it can avoid lubrication and dirty material effectively.
10. Adjust speed by the computer from 500r/min to 1000r/min, the
stitch can be set between 2 to 6 mm.
11. Advanced and practical up thread-break detection unit, the
machine is auto-stop when the thread is broken.
