2. During the warranty period, any machine parts (excluding
consumable parts such as needles, hooks, loopers, etc.) can be
replaced free of charge.
If the computer malfunctions during the warranty period, it can be
sent back for repair or replacement. The customer must send the
computer back for checking before a replacement can be issued.
3. Consumable parts are not covered under the warranty. However, we
provide additional consumable parts with the machine that can be
used for approximately one year. Please refer to the packing list

4. We offer a lifetime of after-service for our customers. If the
machine experiences any problems, customers can send us photos and
small videos of the issue, and we will provide online guidance to
help resolve the problem. In the case of more serious problems, we

However, the customer is responsible for covering the visa cost,
round-trip flight tickets, food and board, and technician labor
